Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Capital Works Group website and any services, systems, advisory, or membership access we provide. By booking a call, submitting information, or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms.
2. Who We Are
The Capital Works Group is a business development partner for proven home-service operators. We are not a marketing agency, coaching program, or investment fund. We install systems, brand assets, and recurring revenue infrastructure inside operating companies that already have customers and proven demand.
3. Services
Our engagements typically include an initial build phase and an ongoing membership phase. Deliverables may include CRM setup, automation workflows, reactivation campaigns, service-plan structures, referral systems, website and funnel work, equipment vendor introductions, and advisory access. Specific deliverables are defined in the written agreement signed before work begins.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees are set out in your individual agreement. The build phase is a one-time setup fee. Membership is billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
5. Results and Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on your customer list quality, market conditions, follow-through, and factors outside our control. If we do not believe we can help, we will tell you before any agreement is signed.
6. Intellectual Property
Materials, systems, and frameworks we create for you become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our proprietary playbook, processes, and non-client-specific methodologies remain our property.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information disclosed during the engagement private, except as required by law or with written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the ongoing membership with written notice as defined in your agreement. The build phase is non-cancellable once work has commenced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
